Beyond Kids Foundation Inc. ("us," "we," or "our") operates the beyondkidsfoundation.org website and the Facebook and Instagram mobile application (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information by this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions. BKFI is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website?
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
We require this information to complete reservations for our services, to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. We will never sell your information.
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with specific, personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

2. LIABILITY POLICY
All participants under eighteen years of age or participant agree/acknowledges the following:
(a) The activity may be dangerous, and the participant engages in it at his/her own risk
(b) It is a condition of participating in the program that BKFI has no liability for any injury or damage arising from the activity, however, is caused.
(c) I will comply with all the rules and directions given by BCKF concerning the programs.
(d) In the event of accident or illness, I authorize the person supervising the program to consent, where it is impractical to communicate with parent/guardian, to me receiving medical treatment considering necessary.
Participants enrolled in the program's legal guardian or participant indemnify and release BKFI and all other participants in the program from all liability arising from or connected in any way to my participation in the program.
Program Means: enrichment programs
BKFI Means: Is a fashion designing, performing art and mentoring program that educates our youth by helping them understand and apply rules, identify and respect boundaries, and achieve recognition and empowerment within the Fashion Design and performing art industries.
Liability: includes any liability due to any negligent act, breach of duty default, and omission.
By enrolling in programs, Parent/Guardian of the participant, on behalf of the participant, agree to abide by the conditions of the plan set out above.
3. CLASSES & COURSES MULTI-WEEK - CANCELLATION, REFUND, MAKE-UP, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Seats in our classes are based on availability and require registration as well as a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total class fee. This deposit is non-refundable and reserves a seat in the class for your child.
2. Should BKFI cancel any of our programs, a refund will be made in full within ten business days?
3. Your child's registration can be transferred to another class time or day with one week notice (based on availability). The transfer must be of equal value.
4. Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason one week before the start date of the class, BKFI will process a refund (non-refundable deposit excluded) within ten business days.
5. Deposits/Payment; cannot be transferred to another student.
6. Balance is due at the start of class.
7. We do not take registrations on a trial basis; we offer one-day seasonal workshops and private lessons. You may also make an appointment to visit our program. We do not pro-rate classes but offer one makeup option for missed classes.
8. Makeup Policy; We understand life happens! In order to keep your child's progression education on track we can accommodate up to one make up classes per course for our programs and (kids and teens). Makeup classes are taken during another session and require advance scheduling so that we can accommodate your child's project and provide any individual instruction for the teacher as needed. Our makeup class policy is for multi-week classes are only offered during the fall, winter, and spring terms.
4. CAMPS - CANCELLATION, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Seats in our school break & summer camps are based on availability and do require registration as well as a deposit of 30% of the total registration fee. This deposit is non-refundable and reserves a seat in camp for your child.
2. Should BKFI cancel any of our programs, a refund will be made in full within ten business days?
3. Cancellation & Refunds (Camp only): Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason one week before the start date of the class, BKFI will process a refund (non-refundable deposit excluded) within ten business days.
(a) 15-30 days until the session start date, 50% refund
(b) Two weeks before the start of the camp session, 25% refund
4. BKFI does not pro-rate camp weeks for missed days or time.
6. Your child's registration can be transferred to another class time or day with three weeks' notice (based on availability). The transfer must be of equal value. Deposits/payment cannot be transferred to another student.
7. Balance is due one month before camp start.
8. Any no-shows will forfeit their camp fee. Please let us know as soon as possible if your child will not be able to join us.
5. WORKSHOP CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Seats in our one-day workshops are based on availability and do require payment in full at the time of registration.
2. Should BKFI cancel a workshop, a refund will be made in full within ten business days?
3. Cancellation & Refunds (workshop only): Should you need to cancel your child's registration for any reason one month before the start date of the workshop, BKFI will process a refund within ten business days.
4. Your child's registration can be transferred to another workshop with two week's notice (based on availability). The transfer must be of equal value.
5. Payment cannot be transferred to another student.
6. Any no-shows will forfeit their workshop fee. Please let us know as soon as possible if your child will not be able to join us.
6. BIRTHDAY PARTIES & GROUP EVENTS - CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. All parties/events require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the package. The balance is due a week before your party or event. Birthday party or special event cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
2. We require three weeks advance notice for any date or time changes. BKFI will do our best to accommodate your requested date based on availability.
3. Our birthday party prices are based on per child. We will contact you up to 48 hrs. Before your child's party to get a final guest count, this is the number we will use when determining your balance. You will be charged for any extra guests who may not have rsvp'd.
4. Please be as accurate as possible when determining your guest count. BKFI may not be able to accommodate a guest increase of more than seven participants.
7. PRIVATE LESSONS - CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. All private lessons under $100 require payment in full at the time of booking. Lessons over $100 require a 30% deposit to reserve your date and time with an instructor. A non-refundable 15% of deposit will be deducted for all cancellation. The balance is due the day of your session. Private Lesson cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
2. We require 72 hours advance notice for any date or time changes. BKFI will do our best to accommodate your requested date based on availability.
8. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.
